My A/C stopped working during a heatwave and Ezra made time in his schedule to come by and fix the unit. I have used First Klass a couple more times for odd jobs and everyone I've dealt with was amazing. No problems with using ACE in an emergency situation. The main water supply sprung a leak and as a result the whole house water had to be shut off. They sent someone within an hour of my evening call and he (Tyson) was very friendly and efficient, The next morning he showed up with the necessary part first thing in the morning and we had water back before 8am. I am impressed!

Ron & his guys run a very busy company but he always made time to address our concerns, even while on another job. Dahl did a major install of gas (from electric) furnace & hot water, as well as a few side jobs that needed a plumbers / gasfitters attention.
