In the middle of this Co-vid 19 virus our car was totalled when we hit a moose late in the evening. Despite all protocols of social distancing and serious health concerns, Griffiths were out PRONTO to assist. They recommended a tow closer to them ( vs. returning to Toronto) to save costs. They were extremely helpful in allowing us to get back to the car to pick up our stuff & answering all our questions regarding insurance. Polite, professional. Perfect.

They were very helpful when I called after my car broke down. With Covid tow trucks dont take passengers, Deans offered to pick me up to take me home. Then picked me up when the repair was done. They went so far as to call Nissan and confirm I had all the info I needed to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty, but I had no way of getting to North Bay or Bracebridge to a Nissan dealership. Highly Deans for auto repair! Amazing people!!!!!

Roger's Auto Repair has excellent quality in parts and service. Most of all the prices are low compared to other garages. You get your moneys worth! While Roger checks what's wrong with your vehicle he will find out if their is anything else that should be done to maintain your vehicle's safety. This is really helpful so that you can avoid major repairs down the road. Roger's Auto Repair services are so professionally done you will be satisfied. Personal family service. When you drive you will be thanking him for such a great service. While you're there I recommend you must get a mist quality air done. It kills germs and spores that live in the duct work of your vehicle. You'll feel better and breathe better!

My husband & I were on vacation in the Bracebridge/Muskoka area when we ran into car trouble. When we arrived at C.T. Bracebridge Dave & Peter went above and beyond to help us, they not only got our car up on the hoist right away BUT drove us to our cruise on Lady Muskoka so we would not miss it while our car was being fixed. They made us feel welcome, treated us with respect & kindness we cannot say enough about these two men as well as the shop. If I could give 10 stars I would! Bravo guys!
