I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. To provide emotional support and information for victims who have been sexually assaulted or physically/emotionally battered. 2. To provide temporary emergency shelter for women, who have been physically/emotionally battered or sexually assaulted, and their children. 3. To ac as a liaison between the sexually assaulted and/or battered victim, community services and the legal and medical system. 4.
