everytime i order food from this location of A&W i always get 100% fresh and hot food on delivery . Any other location might serve cold food but people work here are perfectionist and make each and everything sizzling hot and fresh and tasty . The food is great and always great. It never waivers. But there are some flaws. Tonight, the soup was not even lukewarm; it was cool. When I sent it back, it was returned to me just as cool as the first time. Soup needs to be HOT. The service is dicey. One visit, you couldn't ask for more. The next visit, you couldn't ask for worse. Unfortunately, tonight was the poor service. Thank goodness you can always depend on a great meal.
