My husband and I have been a customer at the Oak on March Road since the first day they opened their doors. We have been patrons ever since, loved the staff for their friendly attitude, and the way they have cared over the years for their clients. Today this atmosphere has not changed and the staff, although younger are ever so caring and warm towards their customers. so basically the rice was just delicious and juicy but felt like there a smidge too much buuuut there was a healthy and fair amount of fish which made pretty happy. PLUS the fish was flavorful. also the chutney was just the right amount and gave the rice a fresh blast. So overall score 8/10

My friend and I fell upon this restaurant quite by accident. We were getting gas at the nearby gas station and decided to check out the restaurants in the little plaza beside it. Boy did we luck out!We went into this little unassuming restaurant and didn't know what to expect. The decor is somewhat drab and the bathrooms were terrible. This made me a little skeptical about the whole place but we were pleasantly surprised. So many menu choices to choose from with many dishes I have never even hear of. Everything was amazing!!! I loved watching the older couple cooking in the kitchen. They had a huge wok over a large controlled fire. It was so awesome to watch. I can't wait to go back. I wish I didn't live 6 hours away,

A favourite restaurant. Friendly, comfortable environment with very good service. We recently enjoyed Tempura as a starter followed by the CHEO Charity Dinner Menu 4 Course Meal. The atmosphere is relaxed with just the right time between serving items that arrive fresh, hot and tasty. The lunch All You Can Eat menu is a particular favourite for those who enjoy a slower meal with small portions of individual items from the menu. We have been many times and will return many times.
