It was called neobiani (), meaning ' thinly spreaded ' meat, in the Joseon Dynasty and was traditionally prepared especially for the king.Bulgogi is made from thin slices of beef.
I have had dinner at this restaurant for 33 years, the previous owners were wonderful as are the owners now. The food is exceptional and the menu continues to be what I have enjoyed over the years. We enjoy all dishes but continue over the years to pick our favourites: Deep fried Wontons, Mountain Vegetables, bbque chicken, spicy pork chop and always, Bul Go Gi!Read more
