This is a place where you can get good food, and at a reasonable price. Small and cozy, the waitresses take care in providing you with what you need, and they serve excellent fish. About the only complaint is that they were not using actual wasabi, but that is hard to get in Winnipeg, so it's understandable. Another point is that they do not have a house sauce, which is one of the things that help diferentiate between different sushi places. I would go here again and again.

Vi Ann Restaurant is one of the best place in Winnipeg. I always go there with my family. We really love their food. The place is nice. If you are looking for good and affordable food, you should visit this place. All the staff are very approachable and friendly. Their BBQ Duck soup with Egg or with Rice noodle is the best in Winnipeg!! It is far better in Many Chinese Restaurants we had tried. The portion is very big and it will make you full. Very highly recommendable!

After all, where else can you get delicious Chinese food a little pricey but large portions, friendly delivery guys! Recently got takeout on the recommendation of a friend. Super friendly and helpful on the phone was a great start but the food is fantastic. I ordered Singapore Mai Funn (curry vermicelli noodles with all kinds of good stuff) and the honey spiced chicken on the recommendation of the woman on the phone. They were both delicious! Also got the hot and sour soup which is a fave of mine and I had to test it out. This one was quite thin which was a nice change from some over gelatinous hot and sours. Great flavor and one of the best I ever had.My new favorite go-to Chinese place. How can you beat great prices, great service and yummy food? I just wish they were open late!
