Ottawa Heritage Dental is a newly renovated dental office situated in the Stanley Park neighborhood, at the corner of Ottawa Street North and Heritage Drive, in the South East of Kitchener. Our modern facility and up to date equipment, technology, and procedures allow our team of highly skilled and caring professionals to focus on quality dental care and patient comfort. We have provided excellent quality dental care to our community since 1977.

We have been in practice for 25 years, 18 years of which have been in our present location in Uptown Waterloo.

I graduated with Honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2005 as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). I've practiced massage therapy in Kitchener and Waterloo in a variety of locations in including a home practice, the University of Guelph's Health and Performance Center, and most recently, in an independently owned chiropractic office. I have also provided chair treatments at the Kitchener Market on a monthly basis in the past.
