We have 14 wooded acres, including 1000 feet of water front. Five cottages that ensure privacy and independence - all facing the South River. There are fishing boats to rent to explore the river. Or you can always bring your own and park it at our dock for an extra fee. We are a cottage and trailer park with established seasonal vacationers. Located along the South River in Nipissing, Ontario is a virtual paradise that you have to visit. Birchwood Cottages & Trailer Park is more like a resort than a park.
