Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Took my car in for service. Other local shops quoted me ridiculous numbers and were trying to fix the wrong things. Vitali made the proper diagnostic and took care of my problem. Half of the things specified by other mechanics for repair didn't actually need it (or at least not yet). This shop is not fancy, but service is professional and price is fair. Would highly recommend.

I needed major repairs on my brakes and I was advised by one of my friend to go see Trinco Motors. I was promised I will only be charged for parts which were faulty and nothing more. Since it was a friend’s recommendation, I was optimistic to find a good mechanic with solid experience and quality work. Received excellent services. Trust worthy as well as a skilled mechanic.
