I absolutely love SAVY International Yoga Studio! If you have never been you need to go and give it a try. The instructors are lovely patient and very knowledgeable people who really want to help you in your practice and keep you safe while doing it. The atmosphere is welcoming and the variety of classes keeps me interested and coming back again and again!! :)

My husband and I dined at La Casa on Saturday night. We started with Mussels for appetizer - delicious...I wanted to drink the sauce it was so good. We also shared a Ceasar Salad. The dressing was very nice, perhaps a bit too much garlic (a little too overwhelming). Still tasty though.
I ordered lobster pasta, all I can say is DELICIOUS! So tasty. I brought some home and was looking forward to eating it again the next day for lunch. My husband ordered beef tenderloin. Again, delicious! Tender, perfectly cooked and tasty. The waiter was very professional and friendly. We had a great time and a fantastic meal. No wonder La Casa is still one of the best restaurant's in London. It's so nice to go out for dinner and receive a great meal. The meals are not pretentious or overpriced (unlike other London restaurants in the downtown area). The food is simply delicious. Thank you for a great night out!

Great variety of product! I went in for essential oils and found lots of other items I'd been looking for too. I did have trouble getting attention from the staff, but I am an introvert and tend to wait rather than aggressively ask. ;)

Some of these recipes are still on our menu today, along with many other delicious dishes our talented chefs have created over the years. Custom Orthotics of London was founded in 1987. A private orthotic practice helping both children and adults in Southwestern Ontario with physical challenges. Custom Orthotics of London is owned and operated by Dawn MacArthur-Turner BSc C.O(c). Growing up watching the challenges her grandfather, a quadriplegic, experienced fostered a desire to help individuals overcome their challenges. Prior to founding Custom Orthotics of London, Dawn received her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. After completing her degree, she continued her studies at George Brown College, where she obtained her Certificate in Clinical Methods in Orthotics and Prosthetics. Further training included the designation of Certified Orthotist from the Canadian Board of Certification for Prosthetics and Orthotics. Clinical training and experience included clinical placements in Toronto, Hamilton, Winnipeg and London.
