Sex and sexuality can be difficult to talk about. It can feel uncomfortable, frustrating and embarrassing especially if we don't know how or where to begin. Our daily lives, including our relationships, can put a tremendous strain on our intimate and sexual connections. Many people have shouldered the weight of these concerns and have felt stuck, powerless and hopeless. Others have asked themselves: ''Can it ever get better?'', ''Will I always feel this way?'' or ''Are we like other average couples?''. It's important to know that by paying attention to our sexuality and by being more aware of the issues we can live healthier, happier and more connected to ourselves and in our relationships.
Champions and MotivatorsWhat is in motion? In motion is a provincial strategy to help all Manitobans make physical activity part of their daily lives for health and enjoyment. Our vision is to make adult Manitobans healthier by increasing physical activity in the province to 55% by the year 2015.Most of us already know the importance of active living. Physical activity increases energy, reduces stress and strengthens the heart and lungs. The result is a better quality of life for every age group. Yet less than half of all Manitobans of all ages do enough physical activity to improve their health. What's needed is the motivation to get ourselves and each other 'in motion'. The provincial government has joined with community partners in physical activity, health, healthy living, recreation, sport and education to raise activity levels and reduce barriers to physical activity. In motion has four key components.building partnerships developing strategies for target areasmeasuring successIn motion strategies will focus on five specific groups

Water Filtration SystemsOpus – The Finest Water Filtration Solutions AvailableIn developing and refining my concept of health I am continually researching products to provide the best in class; the 'state of the art' in every category. I find that people appreciate in-depth research, it helps to narrow down product lines and models to make choices easier. To determine the system that would provide the best overall water filtration I developed a 21 Point Water Filtration and Purification System criteria . I knew that if I could find a system that satisfied these points, or at least came close, that I could recommend the system with confidence.I was unable to find any existing water filter solutions that could adequately address all of these important criteria. The research and comparative work found on this site lead to the development of the Opus line of healthy water systems .
