The buying process was very pleasant; my salesperson was knowledgeable and friendy; and no pressure was exerted at any point. I also found the Business Manager to be easy to work with - at no time did I feel I was being offered something (warranty, accessories, etc) that I didn't require. The service experience since has been consistently pleasant. The work has been completed quickly and competently. Pricing has been fair, and several times I've not been charged for minor adjustments/repairs.
