We are a resource tourism operator, registered with Manitoba Conservation. Licensed to conduct Eco-tourism, fishing and outdoor safety and survival training. We offer experiential learning packages from 1 day to 16 consecutive days. They are offered bi-annually in the Spring and Fall. We also conduct private courses at reasonable rates.
Our instructors have national/international survival training expertise in various habitats and environmental conditions. These professionals have unique skills in the outdoors and a desire to pass on their knowledge to you.
Wéve been located at 8952 PTH #8 in Petersfield, MB since 1974. The operation of our nursery program is overseen by a Board of Directors made up of parent volunteers. We are licensed and inspected annually by the Child Daycare Department. In compliance with our licensing regulations, our class size is limited to 30 students for which there must be a minimum of 3 qualified Early Childhood Educators on site during class hours.

Marilyn Hooper is a former elementary and junior high school teacher. Her background includes many years of private piano instruction to children and adults. She was a teacher of Music for Young Children for twenty-five years, and of Music Pups (a program for infants and toddlers) for seven years. She also regularly takes advantage of the professional development opportunities offered by the Royal Conservatory and other schools of music.
Marilyn Hooper is a certified teacher of the Ultimate Music Theory program and has successfully completed the Elementary Pedagogy Course of the Royal Conservatory of Music. Sharing her love of music with students of all ages is the main focus of her professional life.
