Reserved my spot on-line this morning with LifeLabs, Farley Drive, Guelph, ON. Arrived on-time. Young lady at reception was very courteous and efficient. All staff was masked and wearing face shields. I was taken in right away. My technician was Sharon. She was very cheerful and professional. I am quite impressed with the care I received. Very helpful clinic to those who are seeking help with addiction. The Doctor is very professional and makes people own up to their addiction in a very professionaland helpful manner. I've seen Dr Dason twice. He's ordered tests, discussed results, evaluated my concerns, and spoken frankly. He is the type of doctor I appreciate seeing. When we first talked, I asked him what his style was. He was surprised to be asked. I told him mine was straightforward: I would listen to him and do what was requested but wasn't an advocate of pills as a solution for most issues. We get along just fine! His nurse partner, Margaret, is efficient and friendly. A good team!

Dr Tawadross conducts himself in a professional manner, but has a quiet sense of humor that make it easy to be his patient.He has no problem admitting he needs specialized assistance for his patients, which gave me confidence to approach him.
