4/5 why? Well because its great, NOT excellent and i believe 5 stars is reserved for excellent :) we paid a disability rate which was great. We live out near a farm so not easy to get to. Not only do they come multiple times during a storm but they even clean off the road-end of our disabled ramp 30ft away from our drive way. Truly above and beyond (even when they are missing men/tractors). The emails we get notifying us of whats going on are great. Would be 5 stars if even more frequent :)
