One of the greatest challenges that all humans face is the struggle to reconcile our inner thoughts with the strength that lies within us. In fact, did you know that that the average person has many more negative thoughts a day than positive ones? These thoughts can come from traumatic experiences, lack of connection to those around us, and some even appear to arise out of the blue. This can cause us to struggle, leaving us feeling anxious and depressed. Learning to manage these thoughts, and the feelings that surround their presence is, in our opinion, one of the great lessons we can learn in life. Healing is possible and we can help. Individual, couples and Intensive therapy available.
