What a great experience!! I asked about a problem I was having with my central vacuum system not turning off. I was provided with two possible issues and an approach to test which one it might be. I followed the suggestion, discovered the issue with the circuit board and proceeded to fix it. Extremely helpful free advice that ended with a solution. Thanks so much!!!

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. I went to see Dr. Wu for sore shoulder and neck muscles from driving lots. His diagnoses of pinched nerves and restricted blood vessels was bang on. He is very professional in his field of acupuncture with 30 years experience. I seen Dr. WU twice a week and experienced pain relief within a m. He did inform me that it may take longer depending on how my body responded to the needles. I am now pain free but continue to see him for maintenance twice a month as I love living without pain.
