I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. I am a BIG skeptic of chiropractic care, having been to several doctors and never getting results or explanations that I believed in. Dr. Mark is the first one I have seen who has really helped, who actually makes sense when he explains chiropractic care. He knows his practice and sets realistic expectations. grabbed some recommended windshield wipers and the sales guy young man put them on for me too as I said it might be tricky for me. It was a simple but tricky installation that would have taken a bit of effort and doing. Thank you. Also, the visit before a woman (manager I think)recommended perfect light bulbs for my car and needs.......decent price too....everything has been very good.

Ultimate Auto is top notch! They are honest helpful and use the best quality parts. I had some major front end work that needed to be done, other place quoted $300 more and that they’d need car for 2 or 3 days and Ultimate asked me to bring it in for 7:00 am and by 2:30 the job was complete. Best local repair shop anywhere! They know their stuff and don’t try to upsell you. My whole family uses them!
