I have used Frantastic Events on numerous occasions for my kids birthdays as Fran's cakes are amazing and totally nut free and gluten free if you need it. I also hired Fran to do my wife's 30th birthday party in terms of catering and the food was absolutely amazing and every guest commented on the quality of the food and the value for money was also top drawer! Reflections Counselling and Psychotherapy Services provides counselling and psychotherapy, in French and English, to adult (18+) individuals with challenges related to anxiety, depression, or mood, that does not require the treatment of another specialized service. Some potential issues include: anxiousness, guilt and shame, sadness, automatic thoughts, distress intolerance, panic attacks, self consciousness, mindlessness, lack of motivation, impulsivity, feelings of worthlessness, feelings of helplessness, and passivity. Services are currently supervised by a clinical psychologist.
Please note that clients may seek services on their own or by referral; however, clients will be seen by appointment only (no walk-ins).
