I live in Victoria BC. Year ago my husband happened to have a haircut from Ruchika while we were visiting Our son in WhiteRock. She gave him Best haircut he ever had. After that he has not been to another hair salon . And I started getting my color/ cut / threading/ pedicures etc etc from her as well. Ruchika is such a pleasant person. She really knows her job. My sister brought in my mother with dementia today. It was her first outing since we were forced to put her in a home. The two stylists who helped my mother were so incredibly kind that it brought my sister to tears. Without a big explanation, they just understood. They made my mothers ( thus the entire family's ) day a good one. Can't thank them enough.

This spa is great!! I'm a regular customer as well as over 10 of my girlfriends. Friendly staff, top of the line products and a great experience. The lady who has written a bad review about this business is absolutely insane and must have a personal issue with one of their staff. I get my hair and nails done regularly and they always provide a job well done. I still have yet to try other services.

My kid loved his haircut from Teresa. It was cheap and quick and it was top notch at 13 dollars. The service was great I did not have to wait and they were really happy. The facilities were so clean and beautiful. I think they just renovated it because it is very new. The prices and wait time was great. I love Mike. I have had him as my barber for 19 years now. My dad, who is another loyal patron of his, brought me along during one of his trims, and my very first. You can see it in the book for kids cuts. Even though I am off in University now, I always make sure to go down to Main st. To see him and freshen up my cut. Recently he has erected a barbers chair just for me, with my name on it; right beside his own. Mike, you are awesome.

Studio 62 has been transformed into Head Case, a sleek modern space at the same location. Brandy is a great stylist who listens closely, works with her clients preferences, and does wonderful hair cuts. She gave me an elegant bob even though my hair is fine and really difficult to work with, plus the price was not exorbitant. If you are looking for a welcoming space and a meticulous cut, this is the place to go. In my experience it is by far the best salon in the West Shore!
