Over the years, I personally have purchased over $10k worth of gear from Long and McQuade. About 7 years ago, Kamloops became my store. My relationship with L&M, their service and quality of equipment has been consistently excellent. Lyla is an absolute joy to work with. Recently, I have started purchasing my church equipment for PA sound etc from them.
That said... Over the years I have had two issues with purchases. Both were resolved quickly and pleasantly.

Steve went on to the mushroom industry, running his own farm or managing farms for others. Andrea grew up as the daughter of two classical musicians but always was in the garden or the woods instead of the studio practising. She went on to complete a B.Sc. in horticulture with a minor in Agricultural Economics. They met in the central hall of a mushroom farm where Steve was production manager and Andrea was taking her high school horticulture students on a tour. Steve & Andrea moved from the Fraser Valley to the Okanagan and started raising children and pastured poultry at their current location in 1994.
