Diesel Pro Services Inc. truly lives up to their reputation of great service! My dad brought his truck in and was so pleased with the work and how he was treated. John was amazing and very transparent in regards to what needed to be done and was very honest! He was very welcoming and very patient; which of course my dad and I really appreciated especially since my dad doesn’t speak English well and I have little to no knowledge of Diesel engines! This store is probaly the best store for fishing/ outdoor supplies in thye world. They have everything you can think of, and Bass Pro has an amazing staff that know there stuff. I have to say I am extremly amazed how a store can be so fantastic.

I went here on a referral from a friend, and my experience was 5 star. There was a hole in my exhaust, and being honest with me he didn't try to rip me by replacing entire sections and pipes. He welded an a section to cover the hole while I waited, and charged me very little . I have since then referred him to friends who were also happy with repairs here .

Their windows are of high quality, especially the Cardinal glass. The positive aspect of the glass is that the factory does not assemble their glass units, but purchases directly from Cardinal.
The overall assembly of the windows are good as well, especially Casements and Awning windows!

it took a while but when we got the top it looks fantastic you have to bug him alot but when it comes its beautiful don't be in a rush but maybe covid had a lot to do with it just like every other business
