Have had a couple phones repaired by the same location and had a very good experience each time. Don't post reviews often but decided to here because I am a business owner as well and people like this person above give reviews with ludicrous expectations. What company would willingly let you go behind their counters to use their computer?? Go to a cafe or library and please don't waste others' time. If this is any indication of the expectation that person had, I can only imagine the rest.
