Plum Midwifery is a space to relax, have a cup of tea and take an active role in your pregnancy, birth and postpartum. By setting our practice in a more intimate setting (adjacent to one of the midwives houses in the woods) and by giving care that is compassionate and heartfelt we hope to encourage a sense of ease when you come to your appointments.

At Rested Development Sleep Consulting, I use an integrative approach to sleep using healthy sleep foundations. My assessment and recommendation includes emotional well-being, nutrition for sleep, breastfeeding support, and maternity and newborn sleep, and child sleep consulting up to 6 years old. Sleeplessness is rarely a singular event! The support I offer, is unlike any other you will find, in that I look for and address the REASON for the sleeplessness first and sleep training second. My approach goes beyond a 'bandaid' solution and will reduce the likelyhood of regression, for long lasting results. My goal at Rested Development Sleep Consulting is to offer an objective approach with families in order to develop healthy sleep habits that are age and developmentally appropriate for my clients’ needs, lifestyle, and values.
