The Vein & Laser Clinic has established itself in the forefront of the treatment of venous disorders in British Columbia. The clinic opened in North Vancouver in 1992, initially as the Lonsdale Vein Clinic and was the first in British Columbia to use duplex ultrasound at the bedside, not just in the evaluation but across the entire treatment process of varicose vein disease. Mr. Frost is a marriage and family therapist who has been trained in Bowen family systems theory and family psychotherapy at The Bowen Center for the Study of the Family in Washington, D.C. He is Living Systems Director of Training and Research and a registered clinical counsellor. He regularly presents papers at conferences on family systems theory and therapy across North America and is the author of several book chapters and journal articles on Bowen family system theory. Mr. Frost is an ordained presbyterian minister and is a fellow with the AAPC. "I seek to help families reduce their anxiety and to understand the part each person plays in family problems.
