Our philosophy and goals are once we purchase a property we will renovate the property to bring them to a modern look and at the same time we will be using less green house gas. This includes better insulation in the attics, and draft control, to energy efficient lighting. Most of our rental properties had new windows and doors installed. We also have a great maintenance program in effect for the boilers, to reduce the amount of natural gas used.
