In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. Stopped in today for the first time with a Jeep I hadn't purchased there to get a quote for some repair work after someone sideswiped my vehicle last week-end.
