Chef/Owner Robin Whaley, has enjoyed nearly 15 years in the food service industry. After managing busy kitchens in the heart of Toronto, she continued her training in the United Kingdom. These culinary adventures included the Head Chef position at a 600 year old Gastro Pub, and Chef De Partie positions at award winning restaurants in Bangor, Northern Ireland. We offer 2 different options. We can either roast and serve the entire pig for you and provide the typical fixins' for a pig roast feast or simply do the cooking. We pride ourselves on roasting our pigs low and slow until the meat falls off the bone. If you don't have the time to devote or simply want to enjoy your guests then leave it to us!
