Totem Tree Service has done large projects on my property twice. Both times I have been very satisfied with the work from start to finish. Most recent $10,000+ job involved removing huge cottonwood tree from nearby the hydro power lines on busy Hwy #4 on incredibly hot three days. The entire crew worked as a cohesive team, steady pace, working safely and efficiently. Equipment all in good repair. Excellent job. Cleaned off roof at end. THRILLED with result: highly recommend.

Love coming here when visiting my family. We usually all eat from the buffet. There is not a huge selection; however, the food in the buffet is always replenished quickly so it is always hot and fresh. Their garlic prawns are definitely a favourite. Service is always wonderful!

I’ve learned SO MUCH over the years about our local birds from the amazing owner Colin! They always answer my e mail or phone queries promptly and carry quality seeds and related products. Dr. G's office is state of the art in looks, equipment and staff. They take excellent care of my eye sight. I have Glaucoma and have had several operations to control the ocular pressure. I have a yearly examination. A few years back, Dr. G. recommended the OptoMap Machine, where he found that I have Focal Lattice Degeneration. He referred me to an excellent Opthamalogist in Victoria to repair it. I feel confident with the terrific care I receive at this beautiful, state of the art office. Awesome selection of glasses too..

Fabulous staff and so friendly. I phone for an appointment and someone answers the phone right away (after the usual speel about emergencies and such). I was new to Ladysmith a year ago so they were very helpful in setting me up for online lab services too. Never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for an appointment either. So glad they are nearby.
