Dr. Geek went above and beyond to fix my MacBook that was completely Corrupt. He even made multiple trips to pick up a secondary computer to try to fix my problem. After ready online, it said everything needed to be erased and would likely be lost on my computer (from all other people in similar situations)however Dr. Geek recovered everything. I only like dealing with Tracy B from the back... shes the best and has helped me with so many of my ridiculous projects and unfulfilled project dreams its CRAZY! Shes never been wrong when she says what I need to make stuff happen and Ive caught her several times trying to go for lunch but she helps me anyway. I think PA needs to clone her for the other stores because I never get that kind of service anywhere else!

I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. I always like shopping here. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. I can find pretty well whatever I need (though I wish they carried nails in bulk). Ive bought everything from lights to paint and area rugs and lumber. Returns are never a problem. By far the best prices on quality
