I absolutely love SAVY International Yoga Studio! If you have never been you need to go and give it a try. The instructors are lovely patient and very knowledgeable people who really want to help you in your practice and keep you safe while doing it. They are so wonderful here. The manager went out of her way to find some products and special order them in for me. They are way different than the Dollaramas here...they really try to help you find things you're looking for and will go out of their way to check stock etc. to help you out. They have an a great craft section for scrapbookers, and some cool kids toys like puzzles, etc. Also very good selection of party supplies.

Second trip here. Excellent both times. Amazing Ackee and salt fish. Delicious fish cakes. Incredible Roti and chicken or shrimp or beef or goat or vegetarian. Kathy takes time to explain dishes for those not familiar. A nice change from same old same old. Caribbean dishes/Barbados/Jamaica and ??. Highly highly recommend this eatery. Treat yourself.

Dr. Mao is very professional and friendly. My eye exam was very thorough and I didn't feel rushed. He takes the time to explain everything. The girl works i dispensary is helpful. She helped me pick out my eyeglasses and I've been getting many compliments on them. I definitely recommend everyone to check this place out!

Great variety of product! I went in for essential oils and found lots of other items I'd been looking for too. I did have trouble getting attention from the staff, but I am an introvert and tend to wait rather than aggressively ask. ;)

Adam the owner is a great guy! He is honest, reliable and works very efficiently.
Adam's price was very fair. He arrived on time when he said he would. He had all the special equipment to take down my spruce tree; he removed the stump below ground level and did a thorough clean up of the area ... all in less than 2 hrs!
He is very knowledgeable about trees and offered good advice.
