Daily preparation and harvest of healthy in season snacks and lunches each day and prepared for the creation of a full meal for all of their families on Friday. We also prepared sprouting kits for each family with the motivation of providing nutritional boot to any meal. A visit from a local yogurt company was a great education opportunity for the participants to learn about the process of making yogurt while anticipating our yummy creations.
