I noticed in the previous comments that there were complaints about staff’s knowledge on the products but given that much of the stock can vary, it’s almost impossible for anyone to know everything. I had a rock chip on my windshield that cracked when Affordable attempted to fix it. Windshield had to be replaced and everything went smoothly. Appointments were easily made and they took care of all the insurance claims. Only thing was an employee told me my windshield replacement will be OEM but a FuYao brand windshield was installed instead. No big deal as long as the glass is high quality.
