Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I was looking for a hydraulic lift table for my motorcycle, that is when I bought the pentalift 10L series hydraulic lift table. I am no mechanic, but it is perfect for me to adjust and remove parts, change oil, polish the rims and all. It is available for a modest price and is solid and sturdy.
