Ce concessionnaire est petit, mais ils s'y connaissent. Le proprio est super gentil et sait de quoi il parle. Les prix ne sont pas les plus bas, mais le travail est bien fait à chaque fois, donc à vous de choisir si vous préférez sauver quelques dollars ou avoir un résultat sans déception.

Vendredi on m'a annoncé que mon lit et matelas était non-disponible avant plusieurs semaines. Malgré la déception sur le coup, Cathy et Devan du magasin de Lasalle ont travaillé très fort avec moi (samedi et dimanche) afin de trouver une solution de remplacement qui ferait notre bonheur. Un nouveau lit et matelas (mieux que ceux choisi) m'ont été suggéré avec une infime différence de prix. Je suis impressionné par le haut degré de service à la clientèle reçu par Cathy et Devan.
