Have had only miele appliances in my two houses for the past twenty five years.two dishwashers, two ranges, and two ovens. Have had no issues with the quality product. Also have a miele vacuum cleaner and the bags and filters. Sold our house and the dishwasher utensil tray clip snapped. 13 year old dishwasher and avenue ordered the parts and they were in a week. Our Frigidaire washing machine shut down and we were referred to Aptco by the original retail company. It was a very complicated repair and Aptco did not give up in finding the source of the issue. They ended up taking the washer to their service centre, replacing all the major components, and because it was no longer under warranty, only charging a fraction of what the final bill should have been. Happy with the service and outcome? You bet! Thank you Aptco!
