I encountered Alexander about 4 years ago when I started experiencing severe neck and back pains from work and competitive dancing. My first visit to Alexander was my first contact with any osteopathic, naturopathic or chiropractor-style treatments. He made me feel very comfortable, explained the cause of the pain, what I can do to mitigate it and what I can do to prevent it. Have started going to the yorkville location and it now my favorite grocery store yes it is not cheap as a no frills but the carry only the products with healthier ingredients the stuff you can read. Its too bad they do not have a link to thier website here.
