Throughout her fifteen years career in finance and accounting, financial application system support, finance education and software engineering, Joyce has worked with small-sized business to Fortune 500 companies. Previously, she was the Chief Accountant for VerifEye Technologies Inc, focusing on financial modelling and reporting, cost control, sales forecast and financial analysis. Joyce also worked in Hydro One – Asset Management, supporting the capital investments and business cases. Prior to that, Joyce was a dedicated financial application support in the I.T department for 3M China.Prior to Padgett, Joyce owned her own consulting firm specializing in small business budgeting and data modelling. Joyce also worked for many entrepreneurs such as Liberty Tax and Springfree Trampoline Inc and always inspired by their courage and innovative ideas.
