We have two small children, a large puppy and cat. Needless to say, my carpets were a mess and the grouts in my kitchen.This company is unprofessional and lacks integrity in what they do. They ruined my mattress with injecting too much water or steam and when I complained, they did not offer to fix it or even apologize. I even asked them to take me off their call list again today, retold the whole story, and they still did not apologize.
