StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Toronto West offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I love taking my yoga classes at the Scarborough studio. The hot yoga studio is a really beautiful space you have to experience. The staff is wonderful and the students all leave happy and relaxed. The facility is usually spotless. If you are going to try hot yoga for the first time try to drink a bottle of water at least 2 hours before you go so your body hydrates properly. The front left corner and the back right corner are coolest places if you find it a little too hot.....sometimes the temperature does get a little too hot.Read more
