I'm so surprised by all of these negative comments! I went in after having lost 50 lbs and a career change. The owner helped me find clothes that fit and looked superb. I've received so many compliments. I just went back and picked up a few extra pieces. The owner was there but her colleague was. She was more quiet and didn't reach out in any way yet was absolutely helpful when I got to the cash. I was there until closing time and her patience was appreciated. Oh, the prices were just right.Read more

The Feast of the Ascension of our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ is celebrated each year on the fortieth day after the Great and Holy Feast of Pascha (Easter). Since the date of Pascha changes each year, the date of the Feast of the Ascension also changes. The Feast is always celebrated on a Thursday, however many Parishes move the Feast of the Ascension of the Lord Jesus to their Sunday liturgy to gather more of the community into the celebration. The Feast itself commemorates Christ making His last appearance to his disciples on earth, forty days after His Resurrection from the dead. Jesus appeared before the disciples, and after blessing them and encouragingthem not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the promise of the Holy Spirit, His body ascended into heaven to His kingly throne at the right Hand of God the Father. With the Feast of the Ascension, Jesus sends his disciples out into the world to proclaim the Good News, and each of us is included in this mission.
