Went to this restaurant for the first time at lunch time. We had the lasagna, salad and garlic bread. The food was excellent and the staff is friendly and knows how to treat customers. This type of attitude makes you want to go back. We will certainly be telling our friends about this restaurant! Our next visit will be to bring family to eat here again.

Renowned for their delicious, traditional Italian pizzas, these 'pizzaioli' ('pizza makers') spent many long nights passing their skills along to the rest of the family.1960s: The Second GenerationLooking to take their passion for pizza-making on a journey to a different world, Mama Anna and Papa Antonio made the trip to Canada from their homeland in the 1960s, bringing with them the perfectionist, old-world traditions taught to them by Nonno and Nonna. They opened their first restaurant in 1967: La Gondola at Keele and Wilson.
