The Jambalaya was supurb. First time eating a Jambalaya dish. Originally, it called for shrimp, But I subbed those for scallops. The had NO problems doing that.
It was full of Chicken, scallops, spicey italian sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and red onions in a creamy tomato sauce topped with a garnish of green onions.
It also came with garlic toast(cheese optional)
Fun place to go and eat if ya just want to relax and eat something good.

On a minus ten degree day, I braved the wind and found Bar Buca for their Winterlicious lunch menu. Ordered the zucchini appetizer with the Italian wedding soup as the main, a biscotti and something like a crisp cookie wafer for desserts. Warmed me up that day

One of the standout highlights of my dining experience was the seared scallops with cauliflower puree and truffle oil. The scallops were perfectly cooked to tender perfection, with a delicate caramelization that added depth of flavor.
