McClellan Community Child Care Inc is a non-profit organization. We operate 2 child care centres in the South/West of Aurora. They are Highview and Light 0f Christ.Our Board of Directors consist of parent volunteer representatives from both centres. Each year we hold an election at our Annual General meeting to recruit new members.

We are a family owned and operated childcare centre that has been proudly serving the King City and surrounding areas since 2005. Our teaching staff are qualified and registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators. Our programs include Full day, Half day, Part time and Nursery School for children age 18 months to 4 years. Our preschool program is aligned with the Ontario Kindergarten curriculum. We also have a Before and After School Program for children age 4 – 12 years. We are open 12 months a year with programs during school closures such as PA Days, March Break and Summer Break.

Manor Road Co-operative Nursery School was established by the Junior League in 1935 as an outdoor play group for children. In 1937, the operation of the school was taken over by the parents, and it became the first co-operative nursery school in Canada. It has continued as the oldest co-operative nursery school at the same location, in the Church of the Transfiguration, located at Manor Road and Redpath Avenue. The school has always been non-profit, self-supporting and non-denominational.

Little Tots' Manor is a private daycare that provides an academically enriched program for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and kindergarten. Our Philosophy is based on the concept of "learning through play".
