I was passing through Cranbrook on my way to the coast and needed to grab a few things so I stopped at Marks. I was in a hurry and was hoping it would not take forever to find things in the store. I was pleasantly surprised at the staff that work there. I was greeted at the door and then shown where to find the clothes I needed. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Had a Great experiance!
When I called I was greeted with a pleasent happy voice and in person with a pleasent smile. All that worked there were very profecianal and pleasant. Treated me like a good friend even though it was my first time ever being there. Spencer at the front desk was very nice and kept me company until I could be seen. I met with Colin he was very knowledgable and pleasent, seemed to know insurance and financial planning through and through. Also met the women that works there briefly, I think her name was Karen she was wonderfull as well.
A wonderfull experiance and they were able to help me will everthing I needed.
