He has explained in detail what he is planning to do to fix the problem and what i can expect after. As well, he allows you to observe the actual work he does and explains his reasoning and actions if and when i have questions. We are very happy that we discovered this pharmacy. We changed from another that was larger, but more impersonal. Sam, the pharmacist is a prescribing pharmacist, which has been very handy for us when we couldn't get to our physician. All of the people that work there are friendly, and very knowledgeable. Needed my overhead door repaired ASAP after a break in where a quad was driven into it and pushed it in and off the tracks. Keith was contacted at Con Win and after viewing some photos said he would be out the next morning. He showed up and had the tangled door back on its tracks and usable in a few hours. Would highly recommend him for any repair or install of overhead doors or anything else he would tackle. Very professional and reasonable rates.

Dr. Soon and all the gals at his office are phenomenal. I have never experienced such superb care as I have at his clinic. After signing consent forms for various procedures, he will sit next to you and read each point, further elaborate, and then ensure understanding. As someone with dentist anxiety, the staff as well as Dr. Soon are very sensitive. They notice clenched hands and fists and will repeatedly check in. He doesn't push product nor shame you into flossing more. They are simply the best!
