I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. I don't appreciate the other "SarahBaker" using my name to spread such lies. I've been a member since march 2011 and have loved every minute! I've tried regular gyms, team sports and going for daily walks and after a few weeks I would loose motivation, get bored and never see results. I've lost 6 pant sizes in about 5 months and have been going 3-5 times a week since I joined. I've NEVER done that for longer than a few weeks in the past!! AND I now look forward to working out. I started working there in August, and haven't looked back. We don't pressure or intimidate. We just want you to give your best. Whatever that may be. Nick from Fixit repaired our hot water tank in an emergency service on a long weekend for a reasonable price, when all other companies we called were either too busy or had extortionate rates. He is courteous, works hard, and keeps you informed of the process until it is complete.
