Totally disappointed in some of the staff here. Went to have a prenatal ultrasound done with my husband and daughter. I went in first and while they were waiting my daughter was crying and upset wondering where I had gone. The ladies at the front desk glared at my husband and then asked him to leave. We took both of our daughters (3.5 and 1) to get their eyes checked with Dr. Clement Chan, and he did very well to make the eye exam quick and fun for them. My elder daughter had told him about her favourite Disney princess, and Clement prepared a special video of that princess for her to watch during one part of her eye exam. We appreciated Clement's thoroughness and friendliness, and will definitely be back.
As a bonus, his office is newly renovated and right besides Menchie's.

Great place to go. Had to get my foot x-rayed twice this year and both times the staff were super friendly and and I was quickly in and out of the office. Love the convenicence of their opening hours as I needed to be able to go before work.

I went to fitness town burnaby and had many questions about some of the equipment. Lou and his staff were extremely helpful to answer my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was taking up too much time. I would defiantly go back there and recommend it to my friends and others.
