The PRHA, accredited nationally though Accreditation Canada, offers a complete range of health services and programs inclusive of Health Promotion and Education, Primary Health Care, Public Health, Home Care, Mental Health, Emergency Medical Services, a wide range of Surgical and Medical Services, Critical Care, Maternal Child, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation and Diagnostic Services.

The Board of Trustees approved the current Mission Statement in February 2008. There are several components that comprise the total document. Each of these components is important and has significance for the Division. These components are explained in the following text. This information was also presented by the Board Chairperson to the delegates at the 30th Annual School Committee Conference.

Duck Bay is a community located in the Canadian province of Manitoba, along the western shores of Lake Winnipegosis. It was established at the turn of the century as a Hudson's Bay Company trading post, and is named after the bay on which it is situated. A gravel road to nearby Camperville, Manitoba was completed in 1952.The primary industries of the community are fishing, trapping and some agriculture. The Duck Bay wharf provides berthing for 15-20 skiffs and 3-5 whitefish vessels. There are 10-15 boats regularly fishing from Duck Bay's harbour, with approximately 50 fishermen in total from local and surrounding areas.
